Areas of interest   
I admire the innovative cut of Sacai, DZHUS and Robert Wun designs, they work organically. I adore the detail of Dion Lee and the playfulness of Jacquemus. I enjoy going to music festivals such as Electric Picnic and Sziget. I listen to Milky Chance, Still Woozy, Parcels and Fleetwood Mac.

Work Experience 
Sep'22-Present     Heliot Emil
Technical Designer. I create detailed technical drawings and techpacks for both our Mens and Womenswear team. I work on all categories: outerwear, tailoring, leather, denim, jersey and flou. I work on Proto, SMS and PPS stages. I work closely with the designers to make sure I understand their vision. I suggest suitable construction for a cleaner or more interesting finish. I also create measurement charts and take measurements per style before shipment.  
Accessories Designer. Researching the chosen inspiration of Henry Moore, hand sketching bags/wallets/eyewear/hats/balaclavas/footwear.., pattern drafting and toiling mockups, making origami miniature bags which further will be made in leather for initial structure/understanding, creating technical drawings with detail sketches for factories and techpacking chosen designs from Proto to PPS stages. 

Jun'22-Aug'22     Levi's Tailor Shop
Tailor. Took measurements and altered denim jeans and/or chinos for customers. Under time pressure to assure a fast and precise finish.

Sep'21-Mar'22     Acne Studios
Technical Designer. Creating and delivering clear, detailed flat drawings on Illustrator to communicate the construction of garments to suppliers and factories under tight deadlines, attending passings: Proto, SMS, PPS., communicating with members of different departments such as Pattern, Production and Design, answering emails regarding updates to sketches on PLM, updating our construction guidelines to make our job faster and easier, updating our How to Measure guidelines on InDesign.

Summer’21          Colin Horgan
Design assistant. Collection inspiration research and technique development, pattern drafting, developing the original collection designs, toiling and mock up specs, pattern cutter, tech packs, packing press garments, organising running sheet for the London Fashion Week Show, assisting on set as dresser and organising the outfits into running order, assisted on Glow Up Ireland set (as Colin was a guest judge) as dresser and organised the looks and shoes per model size and running order.

Due to Covid-19 both my internships in Summer'20 in LOROD, NY and Georgia Hardine, London were cancelled.​​​​​​​

     Achievements      
Featured Enignum (my Final Collection) in the September'21 issue of Social and Personal magazine. 
Exhibited Enignum, Remake and Wool Coat project for Boyle Arts Festival 2021.
Assisted Colin Horgan on set for Glow Up Ireland, TV show. Organised the looks, accessories and the models to make sure everything was in order. 
Assisted dressing the models on set for REVEAL, LSAD Fashion Film 2021
Showcased in 2nd Yr Fashion x Print Collaboration 2019. Designed and made a shirt which my print partner then printed her images onto. A model displayed it and walked the runway.
Participated in Market Research Internationally. 
Modelled on a catwalk for Afro in Diaspora Centre charity fund raiser. 
Involved in organising an exhibition work for Galway Technical Institute End of Year Show 2017.
Participated in the running of TULCA Festival of Visual Arts 2016, answering questions and ensuring the art pieces worked (moved/sound).
